Join our team as a customer success manager and you will be responsible for customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You will coach customers to achieve their business goals and maximize value from their investment in the Stackline platform. You will interact with customers daily to build relationships, drive adoption, provide awareness to all available Stackline resources, ensure on-time subscription renewals, and uncover growth opportunities. Ultimately, you’ll be the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive relationship management with key accounts.
  • Drive usage and adoption through activities defined as critical to ensure a customer success.
  • Perform onboarding activities and product demonstrations post-purchase to educate customers on product functionality.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Stackline’s platform and speak with customers about the most relevant features for their specific business needs.
  • Run meetings with product management and engineering teams to ensure the goals are being achieved.
  • Identify new sales opportunities (up-sell or cross-sell) through customer engagements.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience with proven track record.
  • 2+ years of e-commerce retail and/or digital marketing experience.
  • You have experience using analytics software tools and data platforms.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (written and oral) and active listening skills.
  • You are passionate about helping your customers maximize the benefits of Stackline.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask to effectively prioritize and manage workflow.
  • People who think big, solve problems, and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
